Workplace Mental Health Right On Exhibition
As one of the ambassadors for the ‘Mental Health Impact Ambassador Advanced Course’, we organised this exhibition to explore the various experiences that newcomers face as they enter the workforce — including how to advocate for their mental health rights, make empowering decisions, establish personal boundaries, and offer practical tips for colleagues and employers on supporting newcomers in the workplace.
I was honoured to participate in the exhibition from sketch to completion, including idea generation, research and content creation, content editing, graphic design and production, sourcing, and on-site support. This was an incredible exhibition pioneering workplace mental health advocacy in Hong Kong, combining interaction, education, and heartwarming experiences.
